We sell digital services that provide access to an invitation page and related features for a limited time (a "Plan") and optional add-ons.

2. Refund eligibility

Suggested policy (customize as needed):

• Refunds may be granted if requested within 24 hours of purchase AND the invitation has not been published or shared.
• Refunds are not available for plans where the invitation has been actively used (published) except where required by law.

3. Non-refundable items

Suggested:

• Custom domain setup fees
• Print items after production has started

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated.
